29/1/25 Very standard kids movie but the animation is very good with this one, the messages were good and though I don't know much sonic lore, mostly because I haven't watched the second movie, I understood what it was about and the stakes. Jim carrey's performance as always is immaculate. This was the first showing on a tuesday and absolutely no one was there. I was in the cinema alone, It was nice though, I could laugh at the funny jokes and wave my arms in the air when shadow stood on business lol, That scene where sonic and shadow are fighting, sonic punches shadow and BAM, the backhand stops it, I love that, made my week ngl. 7/10
